Perched atop the Marriott Hotel on the 39th floor, The View Lounge offers dramatic views of the towers of commerce in downtown San Francisco. The effect is heightened by the soaring architecture of the lounge itself.

 

Although it is in the SOMA neighborhood (South of Market Area) it is only half a block from Market Street, which of course is a major public transportation artery. It is also very near the museum district around Yerba Buena Gardens and the Moscone Convention Center.

 

Million dollar views do not come cheap, at least when they are provided by hotel bars, and this is proven in the menu prices.
